“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and The sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, The author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:1-2 (NKJV)

In April as we helped the children design and build their cars for the Truth Tracker Grand Prix, we were reminded of the race of faith we run as believers in Christ. Amanda, Luke, and Nathanael all designed and helped with cars. Brian was also able to help our 4-year-old neighbor design and build a car this year. On the day of the Grand Prix his grandma and great grandpa were able to come and watch him take second place in his division and listen to a short gospel presentation.

Brenda enjoyed playing the piano for the youth group for the state Talents for Christ competition. Brian attended the 3-day IARBC Annual Conference. He was able to meet and build relationships with Pastors. An outreach Pastor challenged him to take the time to share the gospel with individuals while traveling on deputation. Nathanael turned 5 and we enjoyed celebrating his birthday with friends and family.

Let us encourage you to run with endurance the race set before you.
