As we look back on 2013 we are amazed at the work God has done. Many steps of faith were taken, many challenges were faced, and many blessings were granted. The only thing we can do is give thanks to God, for without Him none of this would have been possible. In 2013, we presented the ministry in 20 churches, traveled 5,645 miles and thekruegfam.com was visited 1,244 times. As we look ahead, we thank God for the 24 meetings scheduled for 2014.
It was a joy to watch our children participate in two different Christmas programs this month. We were home three weekends, but illness affected two of those. Although it wasn’t the kind of downtime we had envisioned, we are thankful God has allowed us to travel and visit churches as a family. The Sunday before Christmas we enjoyed sharing our ministry at Prospect Park Baptist Church in Council Bluffs, IA. From there, we traveled and spent time with family. This year Amanda and Luke read the Christmas story before opening gifts. Brian’s parents showed us the first church he built as a child. The picture at the bottom shows that church next to our Lego church decorated for Christmas.
Finally, we are praising God for three months in a row of increased support. This month He provided a third supporting church and another individual supporter! We are excited for what God has in store for us in 2014. As you look at your 2014 budget please consider supporting us.
